Designing An Inventory: An Implementation Tool Of The Diagonal Model Of Job Satisfaction And The Motivation

Abstract
This study is the second paper of the series of the diagonal model of job satisfaction and motivation: Extracted from the logical comparison of content and process theories that was published in the international journal of Higher Educations. It focuses on the designing of inventory of job satisfaction and motivation of teacher educators to know their level of satisfaction and motivation through explored criteria by diagonal model consists of four levels i.e. extremely satisfied and motivated; highly satisfied and motivated; moderately or normally satisfied and motivated; and dissatisfied and demotivated. It emphasizes the sixteen factors of job satisfaction and motivation each means a total of thirty-two factors with their sub-factors and further statements. The findings are finalized in the shape of inventory, which would be a reliable resource and a good addition to the existing literature of satisfaction and motivation to understand the phenomenon deeply in teacher education institutions of Sindh, Pakistan.
