Abstract
This research aims to explore the mediating effects of cultural differences on motivational factors in the pharmaceutical industry in the UAE market. The research will examine the impact of cultural differences on employee motivation in the pharmaceutical industry and how these motivational factors are mediated by cultural differences. The research will use a mixed-methods approach to collect data from employees working in the pharmaceutical industry in the UAE market. The data will be analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) to examine the relationships between cultural differences, motivational factors, and job performance. Overall, this research will contribute to the existing literature on employee motivation in the pharmaceutical industry, by examining the role of cultural differences in mediating the relationship between motivational factors and job performance. The research's findings will be of great value to managers and policymakers in the pharmaceutical industry in the UAE market, by helping them to understand the importance of cultural differences in motivating employees and improving job performance.
