The Investigation Of The Relationships Between Crisis Management And Non-Financial Performance Through The Mediating Effect Of Supply Chain Management And Corporate Social Responsibility: Applied Study On Egyptian Healthcare Sector

Abstract
The current study aims to investigate the effect of crisis management dimensions (organizational culture, organizational structure, technology, human factor and top management) on hospitals' non-financial performance. This relationship was examined through using supply chain management (total quality management, customer relationship and logistics) and corporate social responsibility as mediators. Primary data is gathered in the current study through conducting a questionnaire that targets Egyptian employees working in the healthcare sector, with a final sample 400 employees. From the results, it was assured that crisis management dimensions have a significant impact on non-financial performance. On the other hand, corporate social responsibility has no effect on non-financial performance. Moreover, crisis management dimensions has a partial significant impact on both of supply chain management and corporate social responsibility, also supply chain management has a partial significant impact on non-financial performance. The results of this study provide guidelines to healthcare managers, company owners and Egyptian governments about the importance of crisis management and how it could affect the hospitals performance.
